Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified, QBE can be considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ accountancy practice experience.
• Strong audit knowledge, especially with medium/large client groups.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with good organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing audits from planning through to completion.
• Reviewing audit files to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Carrying out audit work for a varied client portfolio.
• Reviewing statutory accounts and assisting with accounts preparation.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Preparing and reviewing audit documentation and working papers.
• Liaising with clients and resolving queries.
• Identifying improvement areas and providing practical recommendations.
• Supporting wider accounts team with ad hoc work.
• Managing deadlines to deliver assignments efficiently.
