Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Experience managing audit engagements in a UK accountancy practice

• Comfortable leading teams and supporting junior staff
• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car for client visits

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, overseeing planning, fieldwork and completion

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, overseeing the planning, fieldwork, and completion stages

• Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior staff and seniors

• Ensure audits are carried out in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

• Liaise with partners on technical and strategic matters, including billing and client development

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102), audit regulations, and industry trends

Candidate Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Comfortable leading teams and supporting junior staff

• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
