About the Role:

As part of a revitalised and growing leadership team, you'll help shape the audit function in a fast-evolving market. With recent key Senior Leadership hires and exciting growth plans, this is a rare chance to contribute to building quality, culture, and capability in a high-potential regional office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading audits across a broad client base, made up of SME/OMBs up to fully listed and AIM
• Acting as a role model for a team of part-qualified and newly qualified staff
• Working closely with Partners and Senior team to enhance quality and delivery
• Playing a key role in the firm’s ambitious growth plans for the Cambridge market

What We’re Looking For:

• Current experience as an Audit Manager or Senior Manager in UK external audit
• Background in listed, SME, or OMB audits, any sector is fine but no focus here on FS or NFP
