Join Our Group Audit Team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our global Group Audit team at Tesco. We collaborate across various functions within the Tesco Group and share our findings with executives, fostering innovation to streamline our work processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Owning a portfolio of audits annually, including detailed planning, ad hoc in-flight audits, and assurance engagements.
2. Preparing audit reports and key deliverables, providing accurate, timely information to stakeholders such as the Executive, Audit Committee, and Board.
3. Embedding new technology approaches, including automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Managing change projects, applying design thinking to enhance the Group Risk and Audit functions, and contributing to other improvement projects.
5. Driving audit training, self-learning about the business and industry, and acting with integrity and due diligence.

Requirements:

• Accountancy and/or IIA qualification.
• Experience in internal audit is essential.
• Project and change management experience.
• Problem-solving skills to identify pragmatic solutions.
