The Role

As the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager CLR, your key accountabilities are as follows:

  • Ensuring engagements are staffed and utilisation is optimised, driving both fair work allocation for staff and maintaining quality.
  • Operating a clear escalation and resolution process understood by Audit and leadership.
  • Delivering a forward planning process for resourcing as agreed with Audit leadership.
  • Operating the SOQM process for assignments, ensuring documentation and checks are completed.
  • Ensuring cost-effective service through blended workforce and technology use.
  • Collaborating with other KBS teams (e.g., Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition) for demand fulfillment.
  • Providing accurate data and metrics for performance review and benchmarking.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring Talent Deployment meets operational needs and provides a positive colleague experience.

Performance Management

  • Managing Resource Managers and overseeing team performance and recruitment.
  • Focusing on service delivery outcomes, metrics, workload management, and fostering an inclusive culture aligned with KPMG values. Leveraging MI team for reporting.

What you will bring to the role:

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong understanding of Talent Deployment and operations in Audit or similar.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change.
  • Experience partnering with senior management and operational delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently at all levels, including coaching and performance management.
  • Ability to manage large volumes and respond to changing priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills with strategic influence.
  • Discretion and ethical behavior.
  • Resourcefulness and strong networking skills within audit and the wider firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, with experience in data analysis for stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience in driving operational efficiencies and process improvements.
