We work with Britain's economic engines—ambitious, entrepreneurially spirited, high-growth businesses that fuel the economy—and directly advise their owners and management teams.
We'll broaden your horizons
Learning and Development (L&D) is a key enabler of our strategy as an Audit Stream and is critical to our success. It helps us attract, develop, and retain talented people who take pride in their work and deliver results. Effective L&D underpins quality and productivity by developing our people's knowledge and skills, enabling them to reach their potential.
Effective L&D requires specialist resources to partner with the Audit Stream, identify training needs, and respond appropriately. It involves careful planning, project management, a critical-thinking and commercial mindset, regulatory understanding, and leveraging the latest tools and technology to create relevant, tailored development solutions.

Lead authors collaborate with Business Partners and Audit SMEs to understand business objectives, translate them into learning objectives, and design effective interventions using innovative methodologies. They support project management and facilitate programmes when needed.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programmes, review content, coach junior team members, and support initiatives like our Learning Library and Learning Culture programmes.
Required experience includes practical audit knowledge, understanding of financial reporting, ethics, professional conduct, and experience in designing technical learning content. Formal qualifications are beneficial but not essential; relevant experience may suffice.
