Learning and Development (L&D) is vital to our strategy and success. It helps us attract, develop, and retain talented people, supporting quality, productivity, and personal growth.
Effective L&D requires dedicated resources, strategic planning, project management, and an understanding of regulatory and technological advancements. We seek an experienced professional to join our L&D team, supporting current initiatives and shaping future strategies during a growth phase.
The Learning Development team designs and curates content to meet learner needs and business outcomes, working with technical and non-technical specialists. Lead authors collaborate with SMEs to translate business objectives into effective learning interventions, utilizing innovative design methodologies.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programs, review content, coach junior team members, and support initiatives like our Learning Library and Culture programs. Practical audit experience, understanding of financial reporting, ethics, and technical content development are essential. Formal design qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
This role is UK-based with travel to London and other locations, including residential stays for certain activities.
