Learning and Development (L&D) is central to our strategy within the Audit Stream, crucial for attracting, developing, and retaining talented professionals. Effective L&D enhances quality and productivity by equipping our team with essential knowledge and skills to excel and reach their potential.
Success in L&D requires dedicated resources to identify training needs and respond effectively, involving careful planning, project management, and a strategic, innovative approach that leverages the latest tools and technologies.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join our Learning Development team. The role is suitable for a high-performing, ambitious individual eager to support current initiatives and shape future L&D strategies during a growth phase. This position reports to the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).
The team comprises learning designers responsible for creating impactful content aligned with business needs, using innovative methodologies and insights. The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programs, review content, mentor junior team members, and support strategic initiatives like our Learning Library and Culture programs.
Ideal candidates will have practical audit experience, a solid understanding of financial reporting, ethics, and professional conduct, and experience in designing technical learning content. Formal design qualifications are advantageous but not essential, as experience levels will be considered.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to London and other offices as required, including residential stays for certain courses.
