Job summary

BDO in the UK invites talented graduates to join its Audit Graduate Programme. Over three years you will gain hands-on audit experience across sectors and work towards the ACA qualification.

You will learn from experienced colleagues, handle client interactions and build confidence while receiving support, with a guaranteed permanent role after qualification. Applicants should have a 2:2 degree, suitable A-levels and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree (any discipline).
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English; evidence required.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship for these roles.
• Commitment to balance study and professional work.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on audit experience under supervision.
• Develop technical and commercial skills through real audit work.
• Support senior team members on client engagements.
