S&W, based in Bristol, invites applicants to start a career in Audit & Assurance with no prior accounting experience. You will work with a diverse client base, gaining exposure to various industries and developing your technical and commercial understanding from day one.

You’ll be supported throughout your ACA journey with funded training, dedicated study time and mentorship from experienced colleagues, while building confidence and professional skills in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience in accountancy, finance or professional services is required.
• Willing to study towards the ACA Level 7 professional qualification.
• Strong academic record with 112 UCAS points from top three A Levels (or equivalent).
• GCSE English Language and Maths Grade 5 or equivalent are required.
