Job summary

RSM UK – External Audit is launching a graduate programme that supports you from day one. You’ll work on risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records and controls, helping ensure accurate financial statements and stakeholder trust.

You’ll begin studying for the Chartered Accountant qualification with comprehensive support and early exams. The role is office-based with client-site exposure and structured development throughout your early career at RSM.

Qualifications

• 112 UCAS points across three A levels or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate.
• Honours degree (obtained or predicted).
• Right to live and work in the UK permanently for the role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and draw conclusions.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Work with audit colleagues to conduct risk-focused reviews of financial records, processes and controls.
• Contribute to ensuring accuracy of financial statements and stakeholder confidence.
• Start studying towards the Chartered Accountant qualification with company support.
• Join a team from day one and progressively take on responsibilities.
