The Dains Group in Birmingham is inviting graduates to join our Audit team as an Audit Graduate, with a structured three-year training programme leading to ACA Chartered Accountant status. The role supports career progression within a supportive, people-focused culture and hybrid working arrangements.

You will gain exposure to diverse sectors, learn auditing across client accounts, and work toward becoming a qualified ACA professional in a forward-thinking firm.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 6 or equivalent.
• UCAS points: minimum 112 points (excluding General Studies).
• 2:1 honours degree or predicted.

Our Audit Team

Our audit team know it’s all about building trust with clients. As part of our Audit team, you’ll examine company accounts, test financial systems, and ensure businesses are presenting a true and fair view of their performance. You’ll learn how to assess risk, verify transactions, and provide assurance that helps clients meet regulatory requirements and make informed decisions.

In audit you will work across a wide range of various sectors, giving you the exposure to allow you to work independently.
