Job summary

The Dains Group is seeking an ambitious Audit Graduate to join our Stoke-on-Trent office. You will embark on a three-year, structured training programme leading to ACA qualification and gain exposure to varied clients and audit assignments.

As part of a supportive team, you will learn to assess risk, test financial controls, and deliver assurance that helps clients meet regulatory standards, while benefiting from hybrid working and a clear development path.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English minimum grade 6 or equivalent.
• 112 UCAS points or equivalent (excluding General Studies).
• 2:1 honours degree or predicated.

Responsibilities

• Audit client accounts and test financial systems.
• Assess risk, verify transactions and provide assurance to clients.
• Assist in ensuring 'true and fair' view of performance and regulatory compliance.
• Work across sectors and develop independence in audit work.

Our Audit Team

Our audit team know it’s all about building trust with clients. As part of our Audit team, you’ll examine company accounts, test financial systems, and ensure businesses are presenting a true and fair view of their performance. You’ll learn how to assess risk, verify transactions, and provide assurance that helps clients meet regulatory requirements and make informed decisions.

In audit you will work across a wide range of various sectors, giving you the exposure to allow you to work independently
