Audit Director – Birmingham – Top 40 Firm

Our client is a Top 40 accountancy firm with offices throughout the West of England. Audit Director responsibilities include:

1. Leading the audit team to successfully deliver a broad range of Corporate, NFP, and Charity audit engagements
2. Developing the audit team, including recruiting team members and mentoring Managers/Senior Managers
3. Working with the Partner team on the firm’s strategic growth plans
4. Building relationships, managing client expectations, and winning work

As an Audit Director, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 6 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients
• Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
