Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading our Birmingham audit team to deliver a range of Corporate, NFP, and Charity audits.
• Developing the audit team through recruitment and mentoring.
• Collaborating with our Partner team on strategic growth plans.
• Building client relationships, managing expectations, and securing new work.

About You

To qualify, you should be:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with diverse audit experience.
• An effective communicator capable of rapport-building at all levels.
• A people manager with a passion for development and coaching.
• A proactive business developer within the Birmingham community.
• Highly commercial, eager to contribute to our growth.
