Pro-Finance in Leeds seeks an Audit Director to lead external audits for a diverse SME portfolio, ideally with RI status. You will provide technical oversight, sign audit files, and guide the team to deliver high-quality services.

Working with Partners, you will shape the audit offering, develop relationships with clients, and drive growth across the office. The role offers hybrid working and clear career progression in a forward-thinking firm.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with RI status.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS, and ISAs.
• Proven track record in leading audit teams and managing clients.
• Commercially minded and client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and modern cloud-based systems.
• Self-starter who works well with others and drives progress.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

We have been briefed on a confidential role with a leading and rapidly growing firm who are seeking an Audit Director, ideally with their RI status to join their team in Leeds.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners to deliver a high-quality external audit service to a diverse portfolio of SME clients, playing a key role in shaping the future of the audit offering in the region.

What you will be doing as an Audit Director

• Act as RI signatory on audit files and provide robust technical oversight
• Lead on firm-wide audit compliance and technical queries
