Job summary

TUI is seeking an Audit Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Audit & Data Integrity Executive. You will help ensure accuracy in financial data and claims handling, assist in improving processes, and contribute to high service levels within the Customer Claims team.

The role emphasizes data integrity, effective reporting, and collaborative problem solving. You will work to identify anomalies, support training needs, and maintain strong customer service while considering

Qualifications

Experience with claims systems or file management systems.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment.
Analytical approach to management information.

Responsibilities

Audit internal claim files against service levels and procedures for accuracy and quality.
Provide feedback to team members and management on audit results and raise housekeeping reports.
Monitor and develop control around reserves, payments and recoveries in the claims system.
Identify training needs and trends and assist Audit and Data Integrity Executive.
Demonstrate strong customer service and consider commercial impact of decisions.
Monitor management information and respond to issues, with proactive feedback.
