Audit & Risk Recruitment are working with a top 10 accountancy firm with a strong UK and international presence, including offices across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. Recognised as the UK’s largest SME-focused practice, this firm combines scale with a collaborative, people-first culture.

They're currently looking for an enthusiastic Audit Associate to join the team in their Birmingham office. Whether you’re at the start of your accountancy journey or looking to gain more hands-on experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to grow with a supportive, well-established employer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients including limited companies, LLPs, and charities
• Supporting statutory audits and developing a strong understanding of audit procedures
• Preparing basic computations for review by senior staff
• Working within your own chargeable time budget and managing tasks to deadlines
• Collaborating closely with the audit and accounts team to build strong internal relationships
