TPF Recruitment are supporting a highly regarded Chartered Accountants firm in the South East, seeking an Audit Assistant or Audit Semi-Senior to join their team in Newbury. You will work with Managers and Seniors on audit and accounts for owner-managed and corporate clients, gaining exposure to varied portfolios and strong training.

Qualificações

• Experience in external audit within an accountancy practice
• Exposure to UK limited company audits
• Support for ACA/ACCA studies or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop in a collaborative environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist with statutory audits for limited companies across various sectors
• Prepare statutory accounts and supporting working papers
• Perform substantive testing and analytical reviews
• Support completion of corporation tax computations
• Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Work with seniors to deliver assignments accurately and efficiently
• Develop knowledge of accounting standards and audit regulations
• Support junior team members where appropriate
