The successful candidate will oversee audit assignments, support junior staff and work closely with managers and partners, ensuring high-quality files and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification required.
• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage audits from planning through completion.
• Lead audits across a varied portfolio of clients.
• Review audit work and maintain high-quality files.
• Supervise and support Audit Seniors and trainees.
• Work closely with Managers and Partners.
• Review financial statements and identify issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and train junior team members.
• Take responsibility for budgets, deadlines and workflow.
• Support the wider audit team with technical and client matters.
