About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams on a variety of audit assignments
  • Manage statutory audits from planning through to completion
  • Ensure audits are completed within the agreed budget
  • Act as the principal contact for clients during on-site fieldwork
  • Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Supervise audit teams on site, review their work, and contribute to the development of junior team members
  • Manage assurance and risk management projects, liaising with clients and preparing client reports
Qualifications
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1-2 years post-qualified experience
  • Significant experience within a UK accountancy practice environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
