Cooper Parry is seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our Big Business Audit practice. You’ll lead audit engagements, drive delivery quality, and mentor junior staff within a client-focused environment.

You’ll work with a varied client base, including private equity-backed and AIM-listed entities, fostering strong relationships and identifying improvement opportunities while upholding professional skepticism.

About The Role...

Our Audit team is looking for an experienced and talented Audit Assistant Manager to join us as we continue our next phase of growth. We're seeking someone who is passionate about audit, eager to get involved, and driven to deliver their very best every day.

Our Big Business Audit team works with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large private equity-backed businesses to AIM-listed companies. Whether your experience lies in working exclusively with larger clients or across a mixed portfolio, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you'll bring curiosity, professional scepticism, and a questioning mindset to everything you do. You'll be adaptable, versatile, and confident in building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. This is far from a rigid, desk-bound role. Instead, you'll be at the heart of client engagements, helping businesses navigate challenges and identify opportunities.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
• Has at least three years' experience delivering audits within a practice environment
• Has experience working with larger and more complex businesses, or a mixed client portfolio
• Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoys coaching and developing junior team members
• Takes ownership of their work and is keen to make a real impact for clients
