Our graduate apprenticeship program equips you with essential skills and supports your future development. You’ll start studying for your Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification immediately, taking your first exams within a few months, with our full support.

As part of our audit team, you will review clients’ financial records, processes, and controls, ensuring accuracy and building stakeholder confidence.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Becoming a key team member from day one, engaging in client work quickly, initially within a team, then independently.
• Owning tasks that prepare you to supervise future teams.
• Working with diverse clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities, pension schemes, and not-for-profit organizations.

This role is primarily office-based or at client sites, providing opportunities to build relationships and gain early career support.

What we are looking for:

We value passion, personality, and originality. To be considered, your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:

• Predicted/obtained 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
• An interest in business and commerce, with good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.
