Our graduate apprenticeship program equips you with essential skills and supports your journey with the latest technology. You will begin studying for your Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification immediately, with exams within the first few months, supported by our team.

As part of our audit team, you will review clients’ financial records, processes, and controls, ensuring accuracy and building stakeholder confidence.

You will:

• Join our team from day one, engaging in client work quickly, initially as part of a team, then independently.
• Take ownership of tasks, preparing you for future supervisory roles.
• Work with diverse clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities, pension schemes, and not-for-profits.

The role is mainly office-based or at client sites, fostering relationships and providing early-career support.

The skills gained will lay a strong foundation for a rewarding career.

What we are looking for:

• Predicted/obtained 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data methodically.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and composure under pressure.
• Interest in business and commerce, with good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or EPQ.
