Job summary

RSM UK is offering an External Audit school/college leaver programme designed to build a strong foundation for a career in audit. You’ll work closely with audit colleagues to review clients’ financial records, processes and controls, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and stakeholder confidence.

You’ll begin studying for the Chartered Accountant qualification upon joining, with initial exams in the first months.

Qualifications

• 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling relationship building under pressure.
• Interest in business and commerce with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• Start date 14 September 2027 is the minimum commitment.

Responsibilities
