Job summary

RSM UK in Chelmsford offers a school/college leaver apprenticeship in External Audit. You’ll work with audit colleagues to review clients’ financial records and controls, contributing to accurate financial statements and building trust among stakeholders.

You’ll start studying toward Chartered Accountant qualification soon after joining, with first exams within months, supported every step of the way by the team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent)
• Permanent right to work in the UK
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Join audit teams to review clients' financial records, processes and controls
• Contribute to accurate financial statements and stakeholder confidence
• Travel to client sites as required and collaborate with colleagues on projects
