Job summary

Wavelength Professional Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Audit & Accounts Manager in Northampton for a well-regarded independent accountancy practice. The role combines audit, accounts and advisory work with responsibility for managing your own portfolio and mentoring junior staff.

You will lead audits from planning to completion, review statutory accounts, and act as the main client contact while working closely with partners. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Strong UK audit background in an accountancy practice.
• Experience managing client relationships and reviewing work.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

The Role
