Job summary

Campbell Grove Talent Ltd is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior for a role based in Leeds city centre. You will handle varied SME client portfolios, lead statutory audits, and produce year-end statutory accounts while supporting advisory work as you progress.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in UK practice and is ACA/ACCA qualified or actively working towards it; AAT qualifiers with experience are also welcome. Strong client relationships and cloud accounting skills are valuable.

Qualifications

Two years' UK practice experience.
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified or studying towards qualification.
AAT-qualified candidates considered.

Responsibilities

Lead statutory audits from planning through to completion.
Prepare year-end statutory accounts under FRS 102.
Work on group accounts and consolidations.
Prepare corporation tax computations.
Review work and support junior members of the team.
Build client relationships and be a trusted contact.
Provide cloud accounting support across Xero, QuickBooks, Sage.
Involve in ad hoc advisory and corporate finance projects (due diligence, valuations, tax planning).
Keep up to date with accounting and auditing standards.
