Job summary

TC Group in Bournemouth is seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join the audit team. You will service SMEs, groups, charities and owner‑managed businesses, managing and delivering audit assignments under partner supervision.

You will build client relationships, coach trainees, and contribute to the portfolio over time, with hybrid working and clear career progression within the team.

Qualifications

• ACCA or ACA qualified.
• Strong audit experience in a practice environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Organised and able to manage workload effectively.
• Strong IT capability and confidence working with systems and data.
• Audit software experience preferred; knowledge of CCH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the audit team servicing SMEs, groups, charities and owner‑managed businesses.
• Managing and delivering audit assignments under partner supervision.
• Taking responsibility for a portfolio of audit clients over time.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coaching and mentoring trainees and junior staff.
