Job summary

SI Recruitment Limited in Horsforth, Leeds, is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior to join a growing accountancy practice. You will lead statutory audits, prepare year-end accounts (including group accounts), and draft corporation tax computations.

The role also involves supervising junior staff, assisting with bookkeeping, VAT and client software, and contributing to ad hoc tax planning and due diligence. Hybrid/remote options available, with salary £25,000-£39,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong experience in accounts preparation is essential.
• Audit experience is desirable but not essential.
• AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified/part-qualified preferred.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working independently and supervising junior colleagues.
