This position offers exposure to a broad client base across Yorkshire alongside a clear, structured framework for long-term career advancement.

  • Client Engagement: Confident, professional, and articulate client-facing style with experience managing on-site client expectations and resolving technical queries.

  • Team Supervision: Ability to delegate effectively, review fieldwork completed by junior staff, and provide constructive, real-time coaching to support team growth.

  • IT & Audit Systems: Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word. Hands-on experience using modern cloud-based audit software (experience with MyWorkpapers is highly advantageous).

  • Flexibility: Comfortable travelling locally for on-site client audit visits as needed across the regional office network.
