Job summary

Insite Group in Harrow is seeking an Accounts & Audit Senior to join a long-established accountancy practice. You will prepare statutory accounts and support audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and partnerships.

You'll build lasting client relationships, mentor junior staff and work closely with managers to deliver high-quality services, with genuine progression opportunities and a collaborative team culture.

I'm partnering with a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice that continues to grow through referrals and reputation. They're now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior in Harrow who is looking for a varied role, genuine responsibility and clear progression.

This position offers an excellent mix of accounts and audit work, giving you exposure to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships and limited companies. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, mentor junior staff and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Supporting and completing audit assignments alongside senior colleagues.
• Managing client queries and building strong long-term relationships.
• Reviewing accounts and audit work completed by junior team members.
• Coaching and developing trainees within the team.
• Working closely with managers across a varied client portfolio.

What they're looking for

• ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong accounts preparation and audit experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
