Accountancy Expertise Ltd is partnering with a forward-thinking, established firm of Chartered Accountants in Chichester to recruit an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior/Senior. You will manage audits and accounts for a mixed client portfolio and may carry out VAT, personal tax and corporation tax work.

The role is office-based with flexi-time and free parking, and study support toward AAT Level 4 or ACCA/ACA qualifications is offered.

Job description

Our client, a forward thinking, established firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior/Senior to join their growing team in Chichester.

You will be responsible for dealing with the audit and accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients and possibly also some VAT, personal tax and corporation tax work. The role will be split approximately 60% audit and 40% accounts.

A good working knowledge of software such as Xero, CCH, Sage & QuickBooks would be an advantage.

You will ideally have at least 2 years UK audit and accounts experience in practice and preferably be AAT Level 4 qualified or working towards this or other professional exams such as ACCA/ACA. Study support is offered if required.
