Levitate Recruitment has been commissioned to find an experienced partner for this well-renowned regional firm of accountants. Due to their excellent reputation for service delivery, they have attracted many new clients over the past 12 months.

As part of their ongoing growth strategy, they are now eager to recruit a further partner to manage a small client portfolio while also taking responsibility for attracting additional clients to the business. The firm currently has three offices in London and the surrounding regions.

Role:

1. You will be introduced to a portfolio of clients across various industry sectors, typically comprising OMBs and Partnerships.
2. Your initial responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of new clients while building a platform to attract and retain further business.
3. You will oversee a small team of staff but will also have the authority to delegate client work to other service lines within the business.
4. The firm offers a first-class environment with excellent resources and full support as part of a structured Partner Programme.

Requirements:

1. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
2. Excellent technical and organizational skills.
3. Proven ability to effectively manage a client portfolio while consistently adding value to clients’ businesses and finances.
4. Comprehensive understanding of accounts, audit, and taxation.
5. Proficiency in generating new business from your contacts and collaborating with the marketing department.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues, capable of working as a team player and being self-reliant when necessary.
7. You must be self-motivated, committed, and flexible to meet your clients' needs.
