Job summary

Specsavers is hiring a Hearing Care Assistant/Audiology Practitioner to support our Norwich stores and spoke locations. The role combines clinical hearing care with administration, requiring strong English communication and relevant HCA qualifications.

We offer a 40-hour week over 5 days, with weekend work, a generous annual leave, pension enrolment, and Specsavers Perks. Training and development are emphasized to help you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal English skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Experience as Hearing Care Assistant or Audiology Practitioner preferred.
• Qualifications in audiology HCAs as listed above.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a qualified Hearing Care Assistant within an organisation, or someone with previous Audiology Practitioner experience. The role involves clinical work and will also include administration duties.

We are especially keen to speak with people who have qualifications from –

• Audiology Academy HCA Course
• Starkey HCA Course
• University led HCA programme

Our store

You will be to supporting our store in Norwich St Stephens Street and our spoke stores within Norwich

Our team

We have a committed team of 15 on the Audiology side of the business with a good mix of experience.
