Job summary

Specsavers in Norwich is looking for a Hearing Care Assistant or experienced Audiology Practitioner to support customers with their hearing needs and assist with administrative tasks. The role covers clinical duties and everyday store operations, contributing to a high standard of patient care.

Applicants should have relevant HCA qualifications (Audiology Academy, Starkey or university-led programmes) and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Hearing Care Assistant or Audiology Practitioner experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal English skills to communicate with customers and colleagues.

Want to help the nation hear clearer than ever? As an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you can work alongside your partners and colleagues to help more customers with their hearing, faster.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a qualified Hearing Care Assistant within an organisation, or someone with previous Audiology Practitioner experience. The role involves clinical work and will also include administration duties.

We are especially keen to speak with people who have qualifications from –

• Audiology Academy HCA Course
• Starkey HCA Course
• University led HCA programme

Our store

You will be to supporting our store in Norwich St Stephens Street and our spoke stores within Norwich

We have a committed team of 15 on the Audiology side of the business with a good mix of experience.
