Specsavers is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Assistant or Audiology Practitioner to support our Norwich audiology services. The role combines clinical tasks with essential administrative duties to help more customers with their hearing.

We welcome candidates with Audiology Academy HCA, Starkey HCA, or university-led HCA qualifications, and a commitment to excellent customer service. This is a full-time role at our Norwich stores.

Formación

• Good written and verbal English skills.
• Experience as Hearing Care Assistant or Audiology Practitioner is preferred.

Want to help the nation hear clearer than ever? As an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you can work alongside your partners and colleagues to help more customers with their hearing, faster.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a qualified Hearing Care Assistant within an organisation, or someone with previous Audiology Practitioner experience. The role involves clinical work and will also include administration duties.

We are especially keen to speak with people who have qualifications from –

• Audiology Academy HCA Course
• Starkey HCA Course
• University led HCA programme

Our store

You will be to supporting our store in Norwich St Stephens Street and our spoke stores within Norwich

We have a committed team of 15 on the Audiology side of the business with a good mix of experience.
