This brand-new apprenticeship program is designed to attract and develop the next generation of AV professionals. The 2-year course provides industry insights and hands-on experience with our clients.

• One day a week study time towards your Level 5 qualification in partnership with Middlesbrough College.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Understanding equipment and workflows.
• Learning how to rig and de-rig equipment.
• Assisting on-site with setup and breakdown of larger events.
• Performing tasks efficiently and with quality.
• Maintaining and testing equipment.
