This brand-new apprenticeship program aims to attract and develop the next generation of AV professionals. The 2-year course provides industry insight along with hands-on experience with our clients.

• One day a week study time towards your Level 5 qualification in partnership with Middlesbrough College.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Gaining a thorough understanding of equipment and workflows.
• Learning how to rig and de-rig equipment.
• Going on-site with the team to assist in setting up and breaking down larger events.
• Performing tasks efficiently and with quality consciousness.
• Maintaining and testing equipment.

Who are we looking for?

No previous work experience required. We seek proactive individuals with a can-do attitude and a passion to learn. A passion for IT/Tech/AV is beneficial but typically develops naturally once immersed in our industry.
