Job Details

Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant at Prospero Integrated

This is an exciting opportunity to support the maintenance and repair of cutting-edge audio, video, and lighting equipment used in live events. You will work closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure our equipment is in top condition and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service and repair a wide range of audio, video, and lighting equipment.
2. Repair of single and three-phase power cables, DMX, microphone, speaker, and multipin cables.
3. Maintain communication with the Operations Team for daily and future planning.
4. Order necessary parts and liaise with suppliers.
5. Manage workshop space and keep an organized work environment.
6. Maintain accurate stock records for spare parts and components.
7. Perform PAT testing.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Hands-on experience in a similar technical repair role.
2. Strong fault-finding abilities and attention to detail.
3. Experience repairing moving lights (certification is a bonus).
4. PAT testing experience.
5. Strong IT skills and familiarity with technical systems.

Working Hours

This role requires flexibility beyond a typical 9 to 5 schedule. Some weekend work is expected, but we are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance.
