The role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic delivery, focusing on Control4 and Lutron implementations across premium homes, while maintaining project quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong background in residential AV and home automation.
Proven experience programming and commissioning Control4 systems.
Good knowledge of Lutron lighting control systems.
Experience working on high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities

Programming, testing and commissioning Control4 and Lutron systems.
Final system configuration and optimisation across residential projects.
Diagnosing and resolving programming issues.
Managing project completion and quality control processes.
Conducting client demonstrations and final handovers.
Supporting installation teams with technical expertise and guidance.
Coordinating with project managers, engineers and customers throughout project delivery.
Ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet company standards before sign-off.
Maintaining detailed commissioning documentation and project records.
Providing a professional and consultative experience for high-net-worth clients.

The Role

As Audio Visual Programming & Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the final and most critical stages of residential AV and home automation projects.

Acting as the bridge between installation teams and the client, you’ll ensure every system performs flawlessly before handover while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer experience.
