Job summary

Sytner Group's North Wales Volkswagen branch in Llandudno Junction is seeking a Business Manager to lead the Finance & Insurance department and drive performance across sales, finance and add-ons.

You will develop the sales team, ensure customers understand obligations, and uphold our values of integrity and fairness while working a pattern that sometimes includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive F&I performance.
• Strong understanding of finance, add-ons and customer obligations.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Insurance department and grow all related activities.
• Develop the sales team and ensure high service levels for customers.
• Maintain integrity and fairness in dealings with customers.

About The Role

North Wales Volkswagen is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team. As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.

Sytner Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

If you are a high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you. Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
