You will prepare detailed estimates and liaise with customers and insurers to keep processes moving smoothly. The position offers a pension scheme and health cash plan after probation, with typical hours Mon–Fri 8–5 and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Damage Assessor with Audatex is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good understanding of the repair industry and processes.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out estimates accurately with detail acceptable to the Manager.
• Send estimates to customers promptly and clearly identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and services in the market.
