You will conduct accurate damage assessments, generate detailed estimates, and utilise Audatex confidently. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential to deliver quality service and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA within a bodyshop or dealership environment.
• Proficiency in Audatex
• Full UK driving licence
• Motivated with a strong desire to develop further in the role
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Conducting accurate vehicle damage assessments and preparing detailed estimates
• Confident utilisation of the Audatex estimating system
• Upselling repairs where appropriate to maximise profitability
• Completing work assignments efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally
