Auction House Southwest, Cornwall, is seeking an Auction Valuer to cover Cornwall. You will generate property instructions, conduct appraisals, and help sellers bring property to auction while supporting buyers through the process.

This full-time, home-based role requires a self-motivated property professional with deep local knowledge and a strong network of contacts. A driving licence and willingness to travel across Cornwall are essential.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in the property sector is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall and its local property market.
• The ability to generate new business and build successful professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-motivated, ambitious and determined approach, with the ability to take ownership of a territory.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilidades

• List and sell property and land through traditional and modern methods of auction.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate property instructions across Cornwall.
• Develop and maintain a network of introducing partners, including estate agents, commercial agents, solicitors and property traders.
• Carry out auction appraisals and valuations, advising prospective sellers on the auction process.
• Support and encourage new buyers throughout their auction journey.
• Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries, with administrative support.
• Develop and deliver a plan to grow income, market share and brand awareness, with support from the wider business.
• Create property marketing materials, including video tours, and contribute to digital and social media activity.
• Deliver excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients by telephone, email, online and video communication.

About the role

Join a growing team and an established property brand, Auction House Southwest, as an Auction Valuer covering Cornwall. We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious property professional with strong local knowledge and the ability to build a successful network of contacts.

You will take ownership of your territory, generate new property instructions and develop the clients brand across Cornwall. With an entrepreneurial approach and support from the wider business, you will help sellers bring property and land to auction and support buyers through the process.

Salary and benefits

Basic salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum.

On-target earnings: Strong Commission Structure - £50,000 - £60,000

Car allowance: £350-£450 per month.
