Edward Mellor Auction in Stockport is looking for an experienced Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator to join a busy auction team. The role is fast-paced, varied, and offers the chance to broaden your property knowledge beyond a traditional estate agency.

You'll manage and sell a portfolio through online auctions, negotiate with buyers and investors, build relationships with vendors, and work towards team targets. A genuine passion for property and strong communication are essential.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced property professional to join our successful Auction team based in Stockport.

This isn't your typical estate agency role. It's faster, more varied and full of opportunities to develop your knowledge of the property industry.

No two days are the same – in fact, no two hours are the same!

One minute you're negotiating on a residential property, the next you're discussing a commercial investment, a development opportunity or a portfolio of properties with an experienced investor.

You'll deal with investors, developers, landlords and buyers every single day, gaining exposure to properties and situations you simply wouldn't encounter in a traditional estate agency role.

It's full-on, it's challenging, but it's also one of the most interesting and rewarding roles in property.

What will you be doing?
