Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking an Attendance Welfare Officer to join a supportive attendance team in a school setting.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, five days per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, term-time only, with an immediate start possible. The successful applicant will work with young people, demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, and commit to safeguarding and teamwork.

An enthusiastic member of support staff is required to join a dynamic, successful, collaborative attendance team.

The school is keen to appoint an individual who is firmly committed to working with young people, puts children first and has good organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is positive, professional and a team player.
