Philosophy Education is seeking an experienced Attendance & Admissions Officer for a busy primary school in Enfield. This full-time role covers pupil admissions, attendance administration and data accuracy within the school office.

You will work with staff and senior leaders to ensure records are precise, up-to-date and compliant while managing competing priorities in a calm, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in school administration or office environment.

Attendance & Admissions Officer

Full-time, 08:30 - 16:00, Primary School, Enfield, Temp to Perm.

A welcoming and well-organised primary school in Enfield is looking for an experienced Attendance & Admissions Officer to join their busy school office. The successful candidate will take responsibility for admissions and attendance administration, ensuring pupil records and school data are accurate, up-to-date and processed efficiently.

Working as part of the school administration team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of pupil attendance and admissions. You will work closely with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure attendance information is accurately recorded and admissions and pupil data are maintained correctly.

The school is looking for someone who is highly organised, confident working with confidential information and has previous experience within a school office environment.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a school office team.
