Responsibilities

• Attendance Administration and Record Keeping – maintain accurate attendance records and process absence information in line with school policies.
• Attendance Monitoring and Improvement – monitor punctuality with AHoy colleagues and implement interventions to improve attendance.
• Student and Family Engagement – build positive relationships with students, parents and carers to address barriers to attendance.
• Partnership Working and Support – collaborate with pastoral, safeguarding and teaching staff to promote a positive attendance culture.
