Job summary

The Bishop’s Church of England Primary Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to join our school. The role focuses on proactively implementing the attendance policy, communicating with parents and carers, and supporting pupils to maximise attendance and engagement.

Hours are part-time (10 hours per week) during term time plus 2 weeks, with early morning sessions from 8:15 to 10:15 am, Monday to Friday. Closing date: 5 November 2026; interview on 13 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational/administrative or safeguarding roles.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office.
